Lawyers Abstract Company ("the Company") is a full service real estate settlement company and title agent for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company providing services for both residential and commercial real estate transactions. The Company is operated by an Executive Director and a full staff including an in-house title examiner. The staff has over 100 years of combined real estate experience. The Company can handle your real estate needs in Westmoreland and its surrounding counties and is also capable of providing real estate services throughout Pennsylvania.

The Company was formed in 1987 by a group of Westmoreland County lawyers to provide improved real estate title services for lawyers and their clients. A professional corporation, the Company has over 270 member lawyers.
